Software just seems to get more expensive every year and what with the initial cost of your Mac you may want to save some money by trying some of the Open Source alternatives out there.
Open Source is free software (I know, sounds too good to be true, right?) but it is, and its good… Really good! The quality of Open Source software never ceases to amaze me, and there is now so much software out there and available for OSX user I thought I’d do my bit and put together a list of the most import 10 applications.
I’ve posted the list on a new section of the site called “The mac Guide” which will feature usefull tips and and suggestions for Mac users. PC users may be interested in taking a look at this list as most of the software on it is available for Windows and Linux users too!
