I started following Google on Twitter the other day, mainly out of curiosity to see what they would Twitter about. I checked there very first tweet which was in binary and reads:

“I’m 01100110 01100101 01100101 01101100 01101001 01101110 01100111 00100000 01101100 01110101 01100011 01101011 01111001 00001010″

That’s “I’m feeling lucky” in plain old English, if you translate from binary, to decimal ascii, to ordinary letters.

Google have managed to attract over 27,000 followers in just 2 days!  Thats near one follower every five seconds. I’d put money on Google becoming the most popular Twitter account before the end of the year.
